Services we offer include:
Digital X-ray
All patient exam rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art computers that demonstrate patient x-rays seconds after being taken right in the office. MRIs that are performed within the building are digitally sent to our system for quick and efficient evaluation.
MRI and CT
South Florida Diagnostic Imaging, conveniently located on the 1st floor, offers MRI, CT scans, bone density (DEXA) scans, etc. Patients may call directly at (866) 382-4280.
Physical Therapy
Prescribed before or after surgery, you will find our physical therapy staff to be very knowledgeable and professional. Conveniently located next to our office on the 2nd floor, it is easy to be seen by your doctor and begin your rehabilitation -- all in the same day. Our physical therapy department provides a wide range of services.
Durable Medical Equipment
There’s no need to drive across town for splints, braces, and supports for an injury or surgical procedure. Find the equipment you need to heal properly right here in our office.
In-house Prescriptions
Workers’ compensation and personal injury patients may be eligible for in-house prescription services. Eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
IME/Second Opinions
Second opinions for workers’ compensation, personal injuries and more are provided here at MIJR. Be seen quickly and conveniently so your case can move forward.
Platelet Rich Plasma Injections
Using a patient’s own blood cells, in-office PRP treatments offer an effective treatment to accelerate healing and reduce inflammation for tendon injuries and arthritis.
Ultrasound-guided Injections
Ultrasound technology has traditionally been used to examine tendons, ligaments, muscles, and joints of the body, but it is now being used to help physicians guide injections with pinpoint accuracy. This minimally invasive approach takes less than an hour and enables the physician to examine a joint in real time, pinpoint the source of pain, and administer medications to treat a variety of joint complications.
